Signing in

Kacey has no passwords. Enter your email address and use the six-digit code sent to you, or choose Sign in with Apple where available. If a code expired, request a fresh one after the resend timer finishes.

Camera and photos

Camera access is requested only after you choose Take a photo. If access was permanently denied, open iPhone Settings, find Kacey, and enable Camera. From your photos uses Apple's system picker and lets you choose only the item you want to share.

A recipe is taking longer than expected

Leave the progress screen if you need to—server-side recipe work can continue. Reopen Kacey when you are online to see the latest state. If a recipe fails its checks, Kacey keeps the invalid payload hidden and offers a retry rather than presenting it as ready.

AI permission and usage analytics

Open You → Your data to review or withdraw OpenAI permission and to enable or disable optional usage analytics, which defaults off. The same screen links to the privacy policy and account deletion.

Food and allergy information

Kacey reports ingredients it cannot clear and blocks generated recipes that fail a household hard constraint. It cannot guarantee allergen safety, packaged labels, or cross-contamination. Always check ingredients and packaging yourself, especially where an allergy is involved.

What to include when contacting support

Email is used to respond to your request, not to subscribe you to marketing. Start with a brief description; include account or device details only when relevant. We may request limited verification for an account-specific action.

• The email address used for Kacey, unless the issue is a privacy concern where you prefer not to include it initially.
• Your iPhone model, iOS version, Kacey app version, and approximate time the issue occurred.
• The screen and action involved, plus any error wording you saw.
• Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, private keys, or sensitive food photos.
