Using Kacey

Kacey helps you explore dishes, generate recipes, plan meals and prepare grocery lists. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian who can authorize your use where permitted by law. Kacey is not designed for children.

Keep your sign-in codes private. Do not use another person's account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, or submit information about other people without authority. You can stop using Kacey at any time.

Recipes and food safety

AI can make mistakes. Generated recipes, images, ingredient identifications, times, quantities and cost estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. A generated illustration is not a photograph of a tested recipe. Check a recipe before cooking it.

Kacey is not medical care, nutritional treatment or an emergency service. Its checks cannot guarantee allergen safety or account for every ingredient, product label, preparation method or cross-contamination risk. Check packaging, cooking temperatures, equipment instructions and suitability for everyone who will eat the food. Seek qualified advice for medical or dietary treatment needs.

Your content and privacy

You retain any rights you have in the content you provide. You permit us and the service providers identified in the privacy policy to process that content only to operate the features you request, protect the service and meet legal obligations. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

AI sharing and optional usage analytics have separate controls. Agreeing to these terms does not enable either. Avoid including other people's faces, medical records, identification documents or unrelated personal details in photos and requests.

Kacey Pro subscriptions

Kacey includes a Free plan and an optional Kacey Pro subscription. Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The app shows the Pro features, current usage allowances, full localized price and billing period before you confirm a purchase. An annual subscription is charged in full for the year.

Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment using your store account. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period at the price shown by your store unless you cancel it before the next renewal. If a trial or introductory offer is available, the purchase screen will state its duration, the price after it ends and when paid renewal begins.

You can manage or cancel through You → Kacey Pro in the app or through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro ordinarily remains available until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your Kacey account does not itself cancel a store subscription. You can restore an eligible purchase using the same store account. Grocery prices shown in Kacey are estimates, not purchases or offers to sell groceries. Your network provider may charge for data use. Feature availability and usage allowances may change; we will give notice of material changes where required.

Intellectual property and other services

Kacey's bundled dish ideas and suggestion illustrations are created for Kacey.

Use Kacey's software and branding only as needed to use the service or as otherwise permitted by law. Third-party software and content remain subject to their own licenses. AI output may resemble other output and may not qualify for exclusive copyright rights. These terms do not promise ownership or clearance of generated content.

Apple, Google and other providers operate their own services under their terms. Linking to a service does not imply its endorsement of Kacey. Report a rights concern through support with enough information to identify the material.

Ending use, service problems and your rights

You can delete your account in the app. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer rights, prevents you contacting a regulator, or requires you to waive access to a court available under applicable law.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated as required, including renewed agreement where necessary. Contact support about these terms.
